Scope of Works: Let’s Clean needed to remove strong soot stains prior to repainting, lest the new coating be compromised. The dirtiness seen in the pictures above are actually after a private cleaning company had already completed a clean covered by the insurance company.
Outcome: A much better clean than the initial clean provided by another contractor. Truly, a small amount of effort was required to attain a much more obviously clean surface.
